Policies for our shop:
All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee depending on the length of the appt. If you’re updating by credit or debit card, there is a 3.5% service charge added to. The booking fee is applied to the final cost of the services.. This fee holds your spot in the books with the specific artist you booked with and you’re appointment isn’t held if you don’t pay this fee. By paying this through the link you are confirming that you understand and agree that this fee is non refundable under any circumstances.
Please note: each person in your party must fill out their own form online and pay their own booking fee.
We accept cash with no fee or cards with a service fee added.. We have a shop minimum of $150-200 per person. This minimum depends on the artist you’re; booking with. If you need to reschedule please do this asap. The booking fee is forfeited if you no call or not show up within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment or if you don’t notify us 72 hours prior to the appointment via texting or leaving a message to 603-312-2438 or email [email protected]., Also if you reschedule or cancel two consecutive appointments, change your mind on the design or do not get tattooed within three months of your initial set appointment. The booking fee cannot be transferred to another person. If you reschedule your appointment more than 3 times, you will have to submit a new booking fee to hold your spot.
If you have any changes in design concepts, placement, or size, then you must contact your us via email or text 603-312-2438 as soon as possible and readjust your intake form on acuity. These changes can effect your appointment time and date, and may need to be rescheduled to another date or time if you fail to update us with any changes. If you must reschedule please take note that artists can be booked out for months in advance, and you’ll have to wait for the next available appointment.
Drawings will be available in person on the day of your appointment, or the artist may free hand onto your skin. A drawing fee will be applied for any drawings done by the artist especially if they aren’t tattooed, This also applies if redraws are requested by the client. Please make sure to be clear with your description and send accurate descriptions.
Please make sure you eat within two hours of your appointment. Bring your state or federal issued ID. We will direct you to fill out the release forms upon your arrival. You will need to present a state or federal issued photo ID at your appointment regardless of your age.
Touch ups are guarenteed by each artist individually. It is not the responsibility of the shop to do a touchup. Anything done above the neck line, below the wrist line or below the ankle isn’t guaranteed, and you’ll have to pay for touchups. This includes lips, fingers, toes, feet etc. Any of those areas could lose some, most and in some cases all of the ink once they heal. The final result is unpredictable because of the thickness and texture of the skin. The wear and tear of the area also contributes to this. This can happen immediately during healing or after, there isn’t really a way for us to tell. Touchups are only for missing lines or light areas and not add ons.. If the artist is no longer at the shop you may seek them out for a touchup. A touchup is not changing any part of the design or adding to it.
Keep in mind, we cannot tattoo over any unhelaed
wounds, moles, including scratches, cuts, scrapes, and sunburns. Any cover up over scarring, varicose veins, radiated skin, and cancer removal
must be approved by a physician.
We also cannot tattoo over abnormal skin conditions. If any of these apply to you, please either wait until the wound is healed and request a consult.
