Please read these guidelines and fill out the
preprocedure questionnaire 24 hrs before your appt. This isn’t a booking form. Please fill out a form on your artists page to book an appt.

New policies and guidelines. We have the right to refuse service to any customer without giving a reason. If you do not comply, we will turn you away. It’s important for us to follow these guidelines in order to stay open and provide for our families.

Clients must be scheduled by appointment only either online or by phone. No walk-in appointments are permitted. Same day appointments can be available if you meet all criteria above. No in-person consultations are allowed, but we can consult via email, video chat or phone.

24-hrs prior to your appointment you must fill out a health questionnaire and take your temp. You must also take your temp within 2 hours of your appt.

Clients must call the studio when they arrive the area. They must wait outside of the studio with proper social distancing or in their car until we alert you to enter. Waiting areas will be closed to avoid congregating, and clients must be brought directly to the work area. No guests.

All clients MUST wear a cloth face covering over the nose and mouth when within the establishment. Cloth face masks/coverings must be worn and managed according to CDC guidance about use of cloth face coverings.
Clients wearing face coverings must not touch their eyes, nose, mouth, or face, or adjust their face mask without first sanitizing hands. After touching face or adjusting mask, hands must be sanitized.

Upon entering the shop with your own mask (or we can supply one) you must wash your hands in the bathroom and use hand sanitizer after. We do suggest bringing your own so you know it’s comfortable even when you get warmed. Hand sanitizer will be available to you throughout the shop. You must wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and warm water.

Immediately after you must go to your artists station. We will direct you to fill out the release forms. You will need to present a photo ID as usual and fill out a regular release form but also an additional release form due to the pandemic.
    You cannot get tattooed if:

    - You have had a confirmed case of Covid 19 within the last month. This might change but for now we cannot risk tattooing anyone who has had the virus under a month ago.
    • You think you might have Covid 19.
    • You currently have any symptoms of COVID-19 (see Universal Guidelines for list of potential symptoms) or fever of 100.4 degrees F or higher.
    • Has had any close contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 in the past 21 days.
    • Has Traveled in the past 14 days either:
    Internationally (outside the U.S.),
    ii. By cruise ship, or
iii. Domestically (within the U.S.) outside of NH, VT, or ME on public transportation (e.g., bus, train, plane, etc.).

Staff and clients must maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from others in the establishment at all times except for when staff are providing body art services.

No tattoos in the facial area that would require removal of a client’s cloth face covering.

No physical contact is allowed with clients that is not necessary to provide services
(e.g. no shaking hands or hugging).

No eating, drinking, or vaping in the shop.
